Our Story
In 2025, after years of working in the food and grocery industry, I've decided to follow my lifelong passion of creating and enjoying specialty foods and offer handcrafted cheeseboards delivered fresh to Southern Utah. As a cheesemonger, I've worked with and researched hundreds of fine cheeses, artisan cured meats, and gourmet accompaniments. Only the best quality products go onto my boards, and I hope that you will enjoy them for any occasion.

Our Difference
Our cheeseboards are handcrafted with specialty cheeses from around the world. While the cheese is the star of the show, we also take pride in hand-selecting the best quality cured meats, olives, local honey, spreads, nuts, crackers, dried fruits, and fresh seasonal produce to complement our selection of cheeses.
Each board is created on a sustainable palm leaf tray, securely wrapped, and delivered fresh with a beautiful presentation.

Taking inspiration from each season, every month we curate a board with the best seasonal ingredients to reflect each month of the year.

Ordering & Delivery
Poco Formaggio is based in Southern Utah and offers free delivery to St. George, Washington, Hurricane, Ivins, and Santa Clara. If you're in need of delivery outside of the cities listed, please contact us to make arrangements. Please place your order at least 48 hours in advance.
